			<description>This is just a quickie to thank you Kathryn for your newsletters that come via email. They have been a big help to me as I struggle through difficult times at the moment. I too follow Oprah and hence A New Earth and other such thoughtful books and while it all makes great sense to me I seem unable to put most of it into practice ! Life seems too chaotic and often a huge struggle and it truely is impossible to find the time to just relax and have some peace. Still next year is a new start perhaps.
