Spiritual Support Group

This is a new group starting on the 28th Feb 2009, 10am - 12 at RISC, Reading. Cost £10.

It is where we can get together to discuss our experiences and learn how to make it easier to live a spiritual life. The assumption is that you believe in God/ Inner Guidance/ Universal Energy or whatever you call it, and we will look at how to be more 'in the moment', and therefore at peace and how to live a spiritual life with all the modern demands.

There will be no 'right way' of doing things, but more about you finding the best way for you. I will do some teaching and we will do exercises to help us clear what gets in the way, and again share knowledge and offer support.
