I'm doing great thanks, just back from a w/end away.

I was thinking this morning about Martha's explanation about knowing you are on the right path by how you feel, and her comparison to the 'colder/warmer' game. That you just keep moving forward and if you feel peace it's right, if not then off course. Although sometimes our own minds can make us worry when everything is fine, lol

Where abouts are you? I'm starting a group on the 28th Feb for us like-minded people but not sure if you are anywhere near Reading?
