Just a quick thankyou
This is just a quickie to thank you Kathryn for your newsletters that come via email. They have been a big help to me as I struggle through difficult times at the moment. I too follow Oprah and hence A New Earth and other such thoughtful books and while it all makes great sense to me I seem unable to put most of it into practice ! Life seems too chaotic and often a huge struggle and it truely is impossible to find the time to just relax and have some peace. Still next year is a new start perhaps.
It simply crossed my mind today as I was copying off your thoughts on stress - for me to have near my bed to read again - that unless people bother to let you know you would have no idea if anyone was reading them at all. Well I do ! I wish I lived near Reading so I could avail myself of some of your sessions but I am Hertfordshire based.
Have a great Christmas and keep up the good work !

thank-you!
Hi Teena,
I only just noticed your post, you must be the first to post here, so congrats, lol
And yes, sometimes I do wonder if anyone reads them, lol. Mind you I enjoy writing them anyway but it is so wonderful to know they do help. Thank-you so much for taking the time to post.
Sorry to hear things are so chaotic for you, I know that feeling, lol. I remember someone describing it like turning a car round that's hurtling down the motorway. You have to slow down and almost feel like you are stopping entirely before you set off again in a new direction, and it can feel so much easier to just let it keep going as the stopping can feel uncomfortable. Another analogy I have is being like one of those paperweights that you shake, and having to wait for the little bits to settle again. Being chaotic is like being permanently shaken! I hope you find some 'you' time this holiday. Once you get in the habit of taking a few minutes out it becomes easier, it's remembering to do it that is the hardest bit.
Good luck, and feel free to e-mail me any specific questions, I'm happy to help, in fact I love it!!
Have a peaceful holiday
