Hi Anthony,
I'm sorry to hear you are suffering.

In my experience HSPs have a lot of stored up stress that needs to be let go of before they can begin to manage life as a HSP, so I would suggest any physical type of healing would be good for you. Acupuncture, Reiki, Kinesiology etc.

There is also a directory of HSP professionals so you might find someone who is near you through that http://www.sensitiveprofessionals.com/ or I have people who travel to Reading for a 2-3 hour session where we can reduce some of your stress and develop a plan for you to help yourself.

If London is easier for you I had a sensitive client who found this place helpful http://www.bioenergyhealing.org.uk/

Another good book is Ted Zeff - The HSP Survival Guide.

The priority I would suggest to you is getting rid of all your stored up stress, counselling won't do that. If your body is at a stored stress level of 6/10 then no talking or relaxation technique will pull it lower, and the slightest thing will feel just too much. Once that is lowered it becomes learning how to keep it low so that external things don't have as much of an impact.

Good luck, and let me know if I can be of any further help
Kathryn
